She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, where she also completed the year-long German-language programme “School of Austrian Law in Brno” run by the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien). In 2007 she completed a course in American law at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
During several years of study stays in Germany, the United Kingdom and Brazil she deepened her knowledge of English, German and Portuguese.
She has practised law since 2006, when she joined the Prague law firm TOMAN, DEVÁTÝ & PARTNEŘI, where she worked until 2011. There she was involved in representing a number of major companies, both private and state-owned, as well as the highest state authorities.
