AI consulting is led by Mgr. Jaroslav Surman, ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer (PECB, 2025) and ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer (PECB, 2026). It builds on Surman s.r.o.’s automation of accounting, tax and audit workflows since 2011.
Who it is for: mid-sized companies and advisory, accounting and law firms that want to deploy AI practically, safely and in line with the EU AI Act.

How much does AI consulting cost?
Price depends on the workflows, available inputs, integrations and required deliverables. After initial contact you receive a proposal specifying scope, price, timing and exclusions.
Do we need ISO 42001 immediately?
Not every project needs certification preparation. We first establish your goals, customer requirements and risks, then propose proportionate AI management.
What should we send with an enquiry?
Describe the workflow, tools, team size and the problem you want to solve. An initial description without client documents or sensitive data is sufficient.
Do you guarantee time savings?
We do not promise specific savings before measuring them. Before a pilot we establish the baseline, review effort and metrics. The result may also support a decision not to expand the solution.
